- Tires with at least 80% - 90% tread

Presenting your license is mandatory to ride on the track.

If I forgot my license, I cannot ride.

If I lost or had my license stolen, you must have a copy of the loss report issued by the competent authorities.

If my license was confiscated, I cannot ride.

Accompanying persons can access the paddock, the services inside the building (bar, restaurant and toilets), the terrace above the building, the lawn area and the stands (if available).

The provisions vary depending on the racetrack.

At the Mugello Racetrack, the minor driver can ride only if in possession of an FIM racing license and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a notarized proxy to be presented in original on the day of the event.
It is necessary to present the paper form filled out and signed by both parents.
It is necessary to attach copies of the identity documents of both parents, a copy of the identity document and the sports license of the minor.

Small-displacement motorcycles are only allowed on days with dedicated sessions (Moto3 – Premoto3 - SS300, etc.)

Yes, it is possible to access by paying an entrance fee of €5

Yes.

The lap times and engine size are used to place you in the correct group on the day of the booked event.

It is usually possible to stay overnight within the circuit.

Payments must be made in advance.

To confirm participation, the customer must make the payment within 3 days of the booking date.

Payments made on the track in exceptional cases may be subject to a 10% increase.

Under no circumstances will there be any refunds.

Yes. The Briefing video is sent via email to all participants a few days before the event, but in any case a mandatory in-person briefing is held on the morning of the event.

Days may be transferred to third parties upon written notice, specifying to whom the day is being transferred and the relevant telephone and email contact details.

For material damage to your motorcycle or to third party motorcycles, no insurance is provided.

Rain insurance allows you to recover the amount paid, exlcuding the cost of rain insurance and 10% of the fee.

The credit must be recovered in two different Promo Racing events within the two years following the date of the event considered. In all other cases it cannot be activated. 

to activate rain insurance both of the following conditions must exist: 

• driver presence at the circuit the morning of the event
• track declared accessible with rain or treaded tyres within the entry time of the first session. 

EXAMPLE single festive day payed € 355:

if I activate rain insurance i will have a voucher like that:

€ 335 - 10% = 301,5€ 

1st voucher - € 150 to use in one event

2nd voucher - € 151 to use in another event 

To activate rain insurace you must communicate the decision at Promo Racing reception the day of the event

Event insurance allows you to recover the amount paid, exlcuding the cost of insurance and a fee based on the time you cancel the booking. 

UP TO 15 DAYS before the event 

you will recover the complete fee payed (insurance excluded)

FROM 15 TO THE DAY of the event

you will recover the 90% of payed fee (insurance excluded)

The voucher must be recovered in Promo Racing events within one year following the date of the event considered.

No.

The insurance gives the possibility of obtaining a credit calculated on the basis of the insurance subscribed to be used on other dates or services offered by Promo Racing.

The credit for trackday is valid for one year from the date of the event in which the insurance was used.

The credit expires if it is not used within 12 months.

we do not provide any insurance service for cars trackdays.

The noise limit at the Mugello circuit is 105 dB.

In Misano, the use of a dB killer is mandatory for non-original exhausts.

In this case, it is good practice to protect the mirrors, indicators and headlight with adhesive tape.

You can use the voucher on any of our dates and Circuits.

If the credit is not sufficient, it will be necessary to integrate the difference, while if the credit is higher, it can be used in multiple solutions until it runs out.

The voucher is valid for 12 months, after which it can no longer be used.

The Promo Racing Card and vouchers are nominative and non-transferable to third parties.
